Survey & Insights Specialist
Summary
Summary
The Survey & Insights Specialist plays a central role in Parkview’s Co-worker Experience strategy by leading survey administration, conducting structured interviews, and transforming feedback into actionable insights. Is responsible for managing internal and external surveys, coordinating with vendors, and building reports that highlight engagement and retention trends. Also oversees all stay, exit, and transfer interviews, synthesizing themes across both qualitative and quantitative data sources. By partnering with HR Operations and department leaders, identifies emerging flight risks and informs proactive retention strategies.
Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in survey administration, data analysis, or organizational development required.

Experience conducting interviews or providing consultative feedback preferred.

Healthcare or HR experience desired.

Proficiency in survey platforms,

Excel, and data visualization tools strongly preferred.

Strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills.

Must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals across all levels of the organization as well as external partners and vendors.

Comfortable conducting interviews and sharing feedback with empathy and professionalism.

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
