Digital Specialist
Summary
Summary
The Digital Specialist, reporting to the Digital Strategy Manager, supports Parkview’s strategic digital initiatives with a focus on website development and optimization. Collaborates with marketing and communications team members, service line partners, and external vendors to plan, build, and maintain website content and functionality that enhance the user experience, drive engagement, and contribute to organizational growth through Parkview’s digital channels.
In addition to website management, supports online listings, site search, email marketing, and SEO. Core responsibilities include gathering digital requirements, creating website mock-ups, building and updating web pages, optimizing SEO, maintaining data accuracy, and performing regular site quality assurance and maintenance. Leverages data and analytics to identify opportunities, recommend enhancements, and promote continuous improvement across digital platforms. By tracking ongoing digital initiatives and providing regular updates to the team, helps deliver high-quality digital projects on time and in alignment with Parkview’s goals.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Public Relations; or related field
Experience
Must have 3–5 years of experience in website content strategy, development, and management, including CMS administration, digital marketing, analytics, and quality assurance. Experience in healthcare or other complex, multi-site organizations preferred.
Other Qualifications
Strong proficiency in digital tools, search engine optimization, information architecture, and database management. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and content management systems, like Sitecore, is essential
