About the Role

Parkview Health is seeking a highly capable Tech Program Management Professional to manage and lead moderate-complexity projects and programs across our healthcare system. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects up to $100K in impact, working across single and multi-service lines. This role involves working with moderate oversight in established technical domains and directly contributes to operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and innovation in healthcare analytics and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management (25%)

• Lead cross-functional technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage scope, timeline, risk, and budget for projects within assigned portfolios.
• Develop and maintain core project documentation (charter, scope, risk log, issue log, estimators, etc.).
• Track and report project status and metrics regularly to leadership.

Stakeholder Engagement (25%)

• Act as a primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
• Facilitate collaboration among developers, clinicians, analysts, and leadership to align project goals with organizational strategies.
• Drive clarity, urgency, and alignment through structured communication and project reviews.

Quality, Safety & Risk Management (25%)

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure adherence to established project methodologies and best practices.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of project workflows and decisions.

Service Excellence & Innovation (25%)

• Drive the use of consistent, efficient project management standards and tools.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders with a strong focus on communication, delivery, and accountability.

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Solid understanding of healthcare data (EHR, clinical, claims, or equivalent industry data).
• Experience overseeing technical deliverables such as data models, reports, dashboards, and data pipelines.
• Support data-driven decision-making across business and clinical areas using tools like Epic, Tableau, SQL, or Python.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (8+ years in a comparable role).
• 5+ years in technical program management, engineering, product development, or data analytics.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional projects in an enterprise or healthcare setting.
• 1+ year experience with coding/reporting tools (SQL, R, Python) or Epic build.
• 1+ year experience building dashboards/reports in Tableau, Epic, or similar tools.

Certifications

• One or more of the following is required: PMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar industry-recognized certification.
