Educ Svcs Onboard Coordinator

Summary

Under the leadership of the Manager of Talent Pipeline, this coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the tracking, management and reporting of student data across the student lifecycle. This role focuses on HRIS-style duties related to tracking student placements and placement capacity, providing reporting data on student pipeline trends, and supporting operational planning and resource allocation.

This coordinator will maintain and enhance data systems used to track student placement, onboarding, and facility utilization, ensuring data accuracy, process consistency, and actionable insights. This role acts as a bridge between student support teams and the data integrity, reporting, and operational alignment of education services.

Also manages administrative projects for the Education Services Department, including but not limited to internal leader inventory, compliance, document preparation and other administrative and receptionist-based functions.

High School Diploma or GED is required. Administration or Human Resources experience preferred. Experience with web-based programs required. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Demonstrates exceptional communication time management organization and customer service skills. Demonstrates ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Team player self-motivated and able to work well under pressure. Ability to work independently. Proficiency in written and verbal communication with high level of presentation skills.
