Co-Worker Experience Summer Non-Clinical Intern
Summary
Job Description:
The Co-worker Experience Intern provides administrative, analytical, and project support to the Co-worker Experience team. This role assists with survey coordination, data organization, workforce reporting, and general support tasks that contribute to engagement, retention, and experience initiatives across Parkview Health. This role helps prepare materials, organize data, and support projects related to stay interviews, engagement surveys, exit interview themes, and retention reviews. Additionally, this role supports culture and career development programs and contributes to experience-focused initiatives that strengthen co-worker engagement and retention.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to employee experience work — including analytics, surveys, culture-building, and development programming — and is designed to build foundational skills while supporting meaningful, systemwide initiatives.
Any specifics like degree type, level of student, skillsets, etc.:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior administrative, research, data, or project-based coursework or experience preferred; no professional HR experience required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data projects or survey tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and interact comfortably in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn HR, analytics, culture, and career development concepts.
Must be current undergraduate college student or graduate college student. Specific license and/or certification may be preferred depending on the hosting department of internship. GPA of 3.0 or above Submission of Cover Letter Resume and Letter of Recommendation. Other qualifications may vary by department of internship.
