Summary
Summary
Responsible for performing routine maintenance procedures completing basic preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots minor equipment maintenance problems involving electrical, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement. Assists on projects assigned to the department, affects cosmetic repairs to the facility finishes, assists in all areas of facilities and grounds maintenance as directed.
Education
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with GED.
Licensure/Certification
Valid state driver’s license is required.
Experience
None required.
Other Qualifications
Demonstrates a working knowledge of mechanics, basic plumbing and electrical systems
