Join our Home Infusion Pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Automation Specialist and play a key role in supporting pharmacy revenue cycle operations. This newly created position focuses on optimizing system accuracy, reimbursement integrity, and audit readiness through collaboration with pharmacy, finance, and compliance teams.
This role offers daytime hours with no weekend requirement, providing a strong work-life balance while contributing to high-impact operational and financial initiatives.

What You'll Do
- Support pharmacy revenue cycle operations by maintaining accurate data and system functionality
- Ensure medication and billing information is complete, current, and aligned across systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to address reimbursement issues and improve financial performance
- Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in resolving billing or reimbursement variances
- Support audit readiness activities including coordination and tracking of requests
- Monitor and communicate payer policy and regulatory updates
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
What We're Looking For
Education
- Associate degree required or minimum 4 years equivalent additional experience
Licensure/Certification
- Current Indiana Pharmacy Technician license required
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification required within 1 year of hire
- Completion of ASHP Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Certificate program required
Experience & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a focus on process improvement
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
