Summary

Summary

Under the direction of the SVP/COO Growth Markets and Provider Network and in collaboration with physician leaders, the Director PPG Practices is responsible for leading and directing the operational directives of their respective Line(s) of Business necessary to provide the highest clinical care and patient experience consistently across all facilities This position has responsibility for executing leadership, performance and process improvement of initiatives; in addition to achieving goals and metrics established by Parkview Health and PPG. Serves as a liaison to physicians, patients, and co-workers at all levels to insure that a culture of patient first, the highest quality team-based care, and servant leadership is nurtured. 

Education

Must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience

At least 5-7 years of experience of progressive management and leadership experience within a healthcare setting or related field.

Other Qualifications

  • Must be able to demonstrate competencies in healthcare administration, finance, performance improvement, clinical operations, service excellence and revenue cycle processes.
  • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge and expertise in the core content areas of process improvement.
  • Ability to manage and direct teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Must be able to demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and proven leadership skills. 
  • If applicable, candidate must be willing to relocate to Central Indiana.
