Ent Credential &Enroll Analyst
Summary
Summary
Responsible for overseeing enterprise credentialing and enrollment processes and projects, ensuring compliance with all state, federal, regulatory, and payer requirements. Collaborates with providers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to optimize workflows and maintain accurate provider data. Supports timely onboarding of providers to enhance revenue and patient access. Serves as a subject matter expert in credentialing and enrollment, contributing to system-wide projects and initiatives that align with organizational growth and strategic goals.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field required; or an equivalent of 8 years of relevant experience and transferrable skills.
Licensure/Certification
Certification through the National Association Medical Staff Services as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Provider Enrollment Specialist (PESC) preferred, but not required.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, business, or healthcare-related roles. Prior experience in medical staff services, managed care, or provider enrollment preferred.
Other Qualifications
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of healthcare credentialing processes preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in managing provider databases.
