Summary
Summary: Drives Parkview Home Infusion van or personal vehicle when necessary from Parkview Home Infusion Services (PHIS) to various Home Infusion customer locations as needed. Patient outreach, coordination and education (infusion equipment); problem solving and coordination with other staff; answering customer telephone calls. Responsible for shipping and receiving of parcels and maintains risk free environment within PHIS. Abides by and enforces Health System, Pharmacy, and Personnel policies, as applicable. Performs clerical, inventory and other ancillary duties as required. Complies with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations as well regulatory agencies affecting the Pharmacy as applicable.
Education: High school diploma or G. E. D. required.
Licensure/Certification: Must have reliable transportation and provide proof of vehicle insurance. Must have a valid driver's license.
Experience: Must be available to work overtime or flexible hours as needed. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to lift, push, pull or handle at least 50 pounds.
