Summary
Summary
Responsible for supervision of daily operations of the designated physician office(s). Works with Leadership and physicians in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of business.
EducationDegree or certification in a healthcare or related field preferred.
Licensure/CertificationAddendums are required for 0153 Nurse Leader, 0249 Registry RN, 0252 Registered Nurse, 0235 Advanced Registered Nurse, and 0236 Expert Registered Nurse. To view addendums, go to the job description page on Parkview’s intranet.
Experience3 years experience in a physician office setting or related field; supervisor experience preferred.
Other QualificationsSolid verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of practice administration, finance, clinic operations, service excellence and revenue cycle processes preferred.
