Outpatient PT

Job Summary:

Parkview Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This role involves evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility, function, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work in a collaborative healthcare environment.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Degree requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required if graduated before January 1, 2016.
  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) required if graduated after January 1, 2016.
  • International candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; a DPT is preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible to receive a Physical Therapist license in the state where services will be provided.
• State licensure must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Must maintain all certifications and licensure in accordance with expiration dates.

• Work experience preferred but not required beyond clinical training.

• American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) membership preferred.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., assist with 100 lbs., and push up to 300 lbs.
• Must be willing to work at multiple locations as assigned.
• If assigned to drive a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required.
• If using a personal vehicle, proof of insurance is required in addition to a valid driver’s license.
