Oracle Change Management Lead
Summary
Summary
The Oracle Change Management Lead is responsible for ensuring organizational readiness and user adoption for the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, including ERP, HCM, and SCM. This role includes developing and executing structured change management strategies, conducting readiness assessments, leading stakeholder engagement, overseeing training and enablement efforts, and monitoring adoption metrics to ensure that change is embraced, adopted, and sustained across the enterprise.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute structured change management strategies using frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci.
- Conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and integrate change plans into project governance.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication campaigns, and manage a Change Agent Network.
- Oversee training and enablement efforts, including Oracle-specific learning paths and tools like Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).
- Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coach leaders and support project teams in embedding change management practices.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in change management, preferably within healthcare and Oracle Cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP) preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with digital adoption platforms and enterprise transformation projects is a plus.
