OP Therapy Access Rep

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Two years of experience in a medical office, call center, customer service, or clerical setting preferred.
• Proficient in general computer skills, including basic internet usage and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong keyboarding skills and the ability to operate multi-line phones and standard office equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates professional telephone etiquette, exceptional organizational abilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creative and forward-thinking in addressing challenges.
• Maintains a professional appearance and complies with clinic/facility dress code standards.
• Flexibility to work at other locations as needed.
