Medication Assistance Coordinator
Summary
Do you enjoy solving problems, navigating complex insurance processes, and making a difference in patient care? This unique care coordination role offers the opportunity to support patients and providers by improving access to essential medications and reducing treatment delays.
As a Medication Access & Care Coordinator – Navigator, you will support patients within our Medication Care Program by assisting with medication enrollment, benefits investigation, prior authorization, and financial assistance. You’ll work closely with clinic teams and provider offices to identify patients who need support and help them start and continue therapy without unnecessary barriers.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in critical thinking and enjoys building relationships across teams. You will coordinate across multiple systems and departments—translating insurance requirements into actionable solutions, aligning clinical and financial workflows, and ensuring patients receive timely support. While rooted in access and affordability, this role requires strategic thinking, proactive communication, and a strong commitment to service excellence. You are not just moving paperwork—you’re moving lives forward.
This position is Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with no weekends or holidays. The role will be onsite at an Allen County location to be determined.

License Requirements:
- Indiana Pharmacy Technician in Training license required within 60 days of hire
- Indiana Pharmacy Technician license required within 1 year thereafter
