Comm Outrch Recruit Specialist
Summary
Under the leadership of the Director Talent Acquisition, the Community Outreach Recruitment Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic relationships and partnerships with local, regional, and national organizations, associations, and schools that align with Parkview Health’s focus and commitment to a more diverse workforce. Creates and executes the organization’s talent
strategy around diversity and alignment in all levels of the organization. Responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to Parkview Health. Delivers high quality candidates through innovative and diverse recruitment strategies, while guiding candidates and hiring managers through the Parkview interview and selection process. Performs a variety of professional and administrative functions in
support of full lifecycle recruiting, maintain excellent relations with candidates, hiring managers and the community at-large.
Additional Information
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
Experience
Three to five years recruitment experience with an emphasis in full lifecycle recruiting or healthcare related experience required. Experience functioning in an innovative and diverse recruitment role is highly preferred. Experience in a healthcare environment, a search firm/staffing agency, or an organization where human resources is strategically aligned to the core business is preferred.
Other Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge innovative and diverse strategies and initiatives as well as full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, employment law, wage and salary trends and relationship management. Demonstrated working knowledge of server- based applicant tracking systems and other related technology. Working knowledge
of Microsoft Office suite of applications, Internet, and online sourcing also required. Demonstrated ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers, schools, organizations, and associations ensuring service excellence within all facets of the hiring life cycle. Must possess and maintain sufficient knowledge of recruitment to maintain credibility with all levels of staff. Ability to define creative recruitment strategies, thrive in a fast-paced environment, results oriented environment and utilize personal organization is required.
