Director Provider Services

Under the leadership of the SVP/COO - Parkview Physicians Group in coordination with the CMO, the Director Provider Services ensures that all administrative operations within Provider Services will function effectively to include physician and advanced practice provider recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, well-being, engagement and offboarding. Responsible for system wide locum management including contract management, recruitment, onboarding and monitoring. Ensures that assigned administrative projects and initiatives are handled effectively and communicated appropriately. Responsible for management and oversight of initiatives related to growth, safety, and financial operations . Responsible for executing leadership, performance and process improvement initiatives in support of the achievement of goals and metrics established by Parkview Health.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Health Care Administration or related field required.

Requires a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Seven years of progressive leadership experience required within a healthcare setting or related field. Experience working with an integrated multi-specialty physician network strongly preferred.
