VP Integration
Summary
Summary
 The Vice President Strategic Finance serves as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, leveraging expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis to identify financial priorities, develop business plans, and support contract negotiations.
Education
 Bachelor's in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. C.P.A. or Master’s in Business required.
Experience
 A minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on healthcare (hospitals, physician practices, ambulatory assets).  Proven track record in deal execution, financial leadership, and strategic growth.  Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.  Experience developing scalable reporting, budgeting, and capital planning processes. 
Other Qualifications
 Must demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities:  financial modeling and scenario planning; M&A and venture investment execution; strategic planning and operational alignment; executive and board advisory; negotiation and contract support; and development of reporting and decision-support materials.
