Registered Nurse - BSN

Located in the one level, Parkview Huntington Hospital, this progressive care unit is comprised of 21 medical beds and 6 constant care beds. Staff on this unit will be cross trained on both Med Surg Patients and CCU patients. Some of the CCU training would include: Bipap, Airvo, titratable drips as well as cardiac monitoring and others based upon the needs of the unit.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
• Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required. CPR certification.
• Additional certifications may be required for specified areas.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds. (Lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments.) Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
