OP Therapy Access Rep

Parkview Health Auburn, IN (Onsite) Full-Time

Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills to support medical office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or clerical roles within a healthcare setting, proficiency in computer systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; medical terminology knowledge preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a medical office, call center, or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
  • Ability to operate multi-line phones and standard office equipment.
