Premium OT/OTR

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education:
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
  • Degree Requirements:
    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree if graduated before 1/1/2002.
    • Master's degree required if graduated after 1/1/2002.
    • International candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's degree preferred).
• Licensure:
  • Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Occupational Therapy license in the state where services will be provided within the first 90 days of employment.
• Certifications:
  • CPR certification required within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Must maintain all certifications and licensure according to expiration dates.
  • Membership in the American Occupational Therapy Association is preferred.
• Driving Requirements:
  • If assigned to drive a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required.
  • If using a personal vehicle, proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Experience:
  • Work experience is preferred but not required, beyond clinical experience during the educational training program.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds (or 100 pounds with shared lifting).
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Additional Requirements: Must be willing to work at other locations as assigned.
