Outpatient OT

Position is eligible for sign on bonus!

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree if graduated before 01/01/2002.
  • Master’s degree required if graduated after 01/01/2002.
  • For international candidates, a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice within 90 days of employment.
• CPR certification is required or must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
• Must maintain all certifications and licensure in accordance with expiration dates.
• American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) membership is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required if assigned to drive a company vehicle. If driving a personal vehicle, proof of insurance is required in addition to a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds, and push up to 300 pounds.
• Willingness to work at various locations as assigned.
