SC Business Solutions Manager
Summary
Summary
Develops, manages, and supervises the operational functions of printing, postal, and records management storage/retention services within SCORe. Manages the functions of graphic design, printing production, sorting/distribution of mail, postage, reports, charging cost centers for work completed, receiving for the Parkview Distribution Center (PDC), new product deliveries and distribution of printed material. Plans, develops, and administers records management policies designed to facilitate effective and efficient handling of business records and other information. Directly supervises all assigned staff to include hiring, training/education, performance appraisals and discipline (confronting in a positive, problem-solving manner and in accordance with Parkview Health policies). Routinely performs the duties of any position in the printing, postal and records services as needed.
Education
Must be a graduate of a two year Associate's degree program; or obtain within 3 years of employment; or have the equivalent of 4 years experience in a comparable job. Prefer Bachelors degree in business or related field.
Experience
Must have a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience; and prefer a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
Other Qualifications
Demonstrates a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and must be PC literate.
