Geriatric Trauma Coordinator

Summary

Requires an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Indiana. CPR certification required. Advanced certification such as TCRN CEN CCRN preferred. Three years of critical care trauma experience required. Geriatric experience desired. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and coordinate events. Must be able to handle a constantly changing environment in order to meet the needs of the department. Ability to organize prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in public speaking. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to complete detailed documentation. Displays a willingness to work as a team member with a pleasant courteous and professional demeanor. Proficient at Word Excel PowerPoint and Epic. Eagerness for learning and development.
