Provider Onboard&Eng Navigator
Develops and implements a system-wide provider onboarding program. Builds a framework for a provider department-specific onboarding that creates consistency, yet caters to the nature of each service line. Partners with service line leadership to ensure providers have an optimal onboarding experience. Understands Joint Commission onboarding requirements to make certain requirements are met. Understands the perspective of department priorities to improve provider engagement and retention at Parkview. Works closely at the co-worker level to identify cultural strengths and opportunities. Analyzes data such as turnover, engagement survey information, exit interview data, and other sources where provider feedback is obtained. Shares this data with providers as appropriate and solicits feedback. Conducts annual provider engagement survey in partnership with selected vendor and meets with operational and physician leadership in each service line and institute to create and monitor action plans to improve engagement. Recommends retention initiatives based on analysis of short term and long term data and system goals to decrease turnover and increase engagement.
Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Business, or other related field required.
3-5 years of experience in provider credentialing, human resources, or healthcare/provider relations related experience required. Experience with Window applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience required.
