Patient Advocate

Summary

Responsible for Identifying and pro-actively responding to patients/families/visitors' concerns and customer service issues. Mediates concerns and customer service issues, to facilitate an resolution.

Education

Must have Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health, Business, Sciences, Biostatistics or related field.

Experience

Strong medical background and experience in the clinical setting. Recent 1 to 2 years experience in customer service or clinical area.

Other Qualifications

Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent people skills and the ability to problem solve efficiently and effectively. Must have good organizational skills and flexibility with dealing and multiple tasks at the same time.
