Growth Strategist
Summary
Responsible for project management, relationship development, current relationship management, and strategic evaluation of partnership opportunities. Serves as part of the dynamic and growing strategy team, led by the VP of Growth Strategy. Reports directly to the VP of Growth Strategy and also works closely with senior leadership, business development, and operations teams to identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with growth strategy. Uses in depth market and organizational knowledge to help the organization make timely, effective decisions. Works with service line and facility leaders to develop and implement market-based, forward-looking, effective strategies. Primarily leads strategy development efforts, manages the implementation of strategic initiatives, and evaluates and implements new services or service expansions.
Key Responsibilities: Manages projects for the development and implementation of new partnerships, including leading cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and timelines. Develops and manages relationships with health systems and other strategic partners, including regular communication and collaboration to advance shared goals. Evaluates and prioritizes potential partnership opportunities based on strategic fit, financial viability, and other relevant factors. Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify new partnership opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. Collaborates with business development and operations teams to develop partnership proposals and negotiate terms with potential partners. Collaborates with finance and legal teams to conduct due diligence and finalize partnership agreements. Monitors and evaluates the performance of current partnerships, identifies areas for improvement and develops plans to optimize results. Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including health system executives, physician leaders, and other industry partners
Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business Administration or Health Care Administration, plus a Master's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration.

Must have at least 5+ years of related experience, with at least 2+ years in the health care setting.

Must demonstrate leadership, ability to work collaboratively and effectively with executive management and board members, proficiency in problem solving, project management, verbal and written communication and expertise with the Microsoft Office product suite, and the proven ability to use skills and knowledge to create desired results.
