PH Scheduling Manager

Summary

Responsible for the organization, implementation, management, and daily administrative duties of the Parkview Health Scheduling Department. Supervises and directs all activities of assigned staff. Responsible for continuing improvement within assigned areas as well as promoting staff participation in the delivery of quality performance and service excellence.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or supervision required; or equivalent years’ experience in a hospital Revenue Cycle environment. Medical terminology preferred.

Licensure/Certification

Experience

Must have a minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare environment, which ideally includes one year experience in scheduling, admitting, or information systems. Previous supervisory or managerial experience or education preferred.

Other Qualifications

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
