Lead Project Contract Analyst
Summary
Summary
Performs the accountabilities of a Project & Contract Analyst (PCA) for Supply Chain. Serves as person in charge/go-to for all other PCAs. Orients and trains new and current co-workers. Takes lead/coordinates software applications testing requirements. Serves as a resource for questions. Provides input into co-workers performance appraisals. Provides input for both hiring of new co-workers and disciplinary action of existing co-workers.
Education
Requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business, Nursing or other healthcare related field. MBA preferred.
Licensure/Certification
CMRP (Certified Materials Resource Professional) preferred.
Experience
Requires 5 years experience in healthcare or business setting. Prefer experience in similar position.
Other Qualifications
Demonstration of facilitation skills, ability to work well with diverse group of stakeholders, detail oriented, ability to multi-task. Must have good project management and organizational skills. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have proficiency in Microsoft office products including excel and word. Must be willing to teach and work with others in onboarding.
