OR Inventory Coordinator
Summary
Working under the direction of the CSOR Manager, develops, maintains, monitors and controls the OR inventory. Responsible for initiating and implementing new inventory control programs as well as enhancing existing ones to reflect a high quality of service to the OR and works to reduce costs and inventory. Assists with the annual physical inventory. Is responsible for the delivery of quality performance, service excellence; and adheres to the PH Standards of Behavior.
Education
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with GED. Some post-high school inventory or business education preferred. Medical terminology preferred.
Experience
One to two years inventory background experience preferred.
Other Qualifications
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates strong computer skills. Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
