Executive Assistant
Summary
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to multiple senior executives. Works onsite in an office setting, yet has the flexibility to work remote according to the needs of the business.
Qualifications

High school diploma with a certificate of completion from an accredited business college in administrative assisting and/or equivalent job experience.

Three to five years experience supporting senior level executives.

Maintain a high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Computer software skills.

Must be pro-active, self-starter, problem-solver.

Highly organized and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Must be resilient and adaptable to change.

Travel may be required.
