Talent Acqusition Onboarding Coordinator

Summary
Under the leadership of the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition this individual will be responsible for the completion of the pre-hire onboarding section of the full lifecycle of recruitment. This includes representing Parkview and ensuring exceptional customer service to new hires during the onboarding process. This individual works in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Consultants to ensure new hire is set up for success on their first day at Parkview. This process includes, but is not limited to, creating new hire profiles in ATS and HR system, conducting new hire onboarding meetings in person or virtual, completion of employment authorization for new hires, review of pre-hire drug screen and physical results of new hires, review of background investigations, loading license and certifications in HR system, managing orientation rosters, and validating new hires are in compliance prior to their scheduled start date.
The Onboarding Coordinator partners with HR Informatics to ensure all documents are in the HR File prior to scanning in order to meet compliance standards. This individual also works with Parkview Payroll department to ensure all payroll documents are completed correctly and submitted prior to new hire start date so new co-workers are paid their first paycheck without issue. The Onboarding Coordinator creates and tracks approval for all new hire sign-on bonuses and ensures referral bonuses are approved and tracked for payment processing.
The Onboarding Coordinator works with HR Consultants to reverify employment authorizations for PH co-workers through E-Verify system. The Onboarding Coordinator is the subject matter expert in processing I-9 authorizations and Tentative non-confirmations (TNC) in the E-Verify system.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, human resources, or other related degree required.
- Minimum of four years' of talent acquisition or human resource experience required.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, experience with web based programs preferred.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication, time management, organization and customer service skills.
- Demonstrates ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication with high level of presentation skills.
