Senior Brand Leader
Summary
Summary
The Senior Brand Leader works closely with VP of Marketing and is responsible for developing and executing Parkview brand strategies that drive awareness, enhance brand equity, and provide growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develops and implements comprehensive brand strategies for Parkview brand that align with the company's goals and objectives. Leads the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels. Conducts market research and analyze consumer insights to inform brand strategies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and integration. Monitors and evaluates brand performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies. Manages brand budgets and resources effectively. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including service line leaders, market presidents, and internal teams. Stays up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth. Responsible for leading the media strategy and plan. Collaborates with multiple agencies to launch compelling media campaigns including leading the creative process. Develops marketing capabilities for the team.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field. Master's preferred
Experience
At least 8 years' experience in marketing with previous brand management/equity experience, preferably within CPG or healthcare industries. Experience working and leading multiple agencies. Experience in all facets of marketing including building strategic long term and short-term plans, positioning, market research, segmentation, media management, creative management and digital experience. Demonstrated experience in leveraging digital trends, tools and technology to build winning marketing plans that resonate with consumers in digital channels. Experience with brand tracking metrics. Experience with cross functional collaboration and leading in a matrix organization.
Other Qualifications
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand management, marketing, and consumer behavior. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading brand initiatives and campaigns. Marketer with strong strategic business and brand building foundation. Good analytical skills and financial acumen.
